Rachael received her Bachelor’s in Pre-Art Therapy at Indiana Wesleyan University and received her
Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental
Health Associate (LMHCA) working towards her full licensure (LMHC).

She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Dialectical Behavioral
Therapy, Trauma Informed Art Therapy and Sand Tray Therapy. She utilizes traditional talk-based
interventions as well as expressive interventions (i.e. art, music, play, sand tray) when appropriate.
Rachael has two children and has worked extensively with children throughout her personal and clinical
life in varies forms (martial arts instructor, piano teacher, etc.) and has since added to that love and
experience by working with teens, individual adults and families as well.
Her specialties include working from an empathic, trauma-informed approach with people who have a
desire to learn about themselves and how to better manage a wide range of diagnoses and presenting
problems, including trauma, ADD (ADHD), anxiety, grief, depression and general identity and relational
struggles.
Rachael is available for individual and family counseling for children, teens, adults and families ages 3+ in
Marion and Noblesville or via Telehealth.
Cathy has Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Social Work. She is currently working under supervison to gain her full clinical licensure.
Cathy has worked as a social worker for 22 years with the last 15 being in foster care and adoption exclusively. Cathy is an experienced parent and has raised four of her own children.
